2 cups blanched almond flour*
3 tbsp coconut flour*
1 tsp baking soda
¾ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp cardamon
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp sea salt
Wet Ingredients
¾ cup pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
⅓ cup pure maple syrup or honey
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional Ingredients
¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Mix all wet ingredients together
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix wet and dry ingredients
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min, makes 12 muffins
